We develop digital solutions for our customers, from corporate websites and websites for campaigns and promotions to web-based applications for participant management and online shops.

As a Web Developer, you will support our Digital Unit and work in a team with around 20 colleagues from the areas of creation, project management, web design and, of course, web development. Are you open-minded and motivated to work with us to deliver top-quality work and drive new things forward?

Then you've come to the right place. We are looking for you to join our team in Düsseldorf as a web developer!

Your responsibilities

  • Developing technologically and architecturally clear and viable solution concepts based on technical requirements from product development
  • Implementing these solution concepts in our modern software platform using clean PHP components and the associated functional tests in the Symfony framework
  • Maintaining and further developing existing projects

Your qualifications

  • A degree in (business) information technology or comparable training with IT relevance
  • Experience in building web-based applications using PHP and MySQL, preferably with a framework such as Symfony
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, preferably with previous experience with the CSS framework Bootstrap
  • Experienced in developing client-side applications with JavaScript based on jQuery
  • Experience with React.js
  • Experience with the versioning tool git
  • Basic knowledge of database design
  • Experience with Linux Shell is an advantage
  • Structured working style and high quality standards
