Our creative work is a key pillar of our success. We develop a wide variety of media and advertising materials for our clients: from print ads and brochures to packaging and complete brand identities.

As an Art Director specializing in print, you’ll support our creative unit and work as part of a team of over 20 colleagues from the areas of project management/consulting and design/creative.

 

YOUR PROFILE

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Conceptualization and graphic design of sophisticated projects in the areas of print, branding/CD, editorial, campaigns, digital, etc.
  • Consulting on design development from briefing to implementation
  • Supervision and quality assurance during the conceptualization and implementation of complex projects
  • Collaboration within a team of designers, media designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers
  • Development and editing of layouts, final artwork, or prepress files
  • Creation of print templates, photo retouching, or vector templates

Your Qualifications

 

  • A successfully completed degree in design or a comparable qualification (media designer), as well as at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Professional expertise in brainstorming and developing design concepts for print or 360°
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and the entire Adobe Creative Cloud suite
  • An independent & performance-oriented work style with high standards for quality, as well as strong communication skills & and the ability to work in a team
  • Design is your passion, and you are dedicated, curious, and take initiative
